1er choix

  • Amoxicilline IV 100 mg/kg/j
  • + Gentamicine IV 3 mg/kg/j (chez nouveau né, nourrisson ou si syndrome septique)

Alternative

  • Ceftriaxone IV 100 mg/kg/j
  • + Gentamicine IV 3 mg/kg/j (chez nouveau né, nourrisson ou si syndrome septique)

Durée

  • 4 sem, relais per os après 4-7 jours IV si évolution favorable
  • Aminoside : 3-4j
