Alternative

Si allergie aux pencillines:

 

  • Enfant : cefpodoxime 8 mg/kg/j en 2 prises
  • Adulte : cefuroxime 250 mg x2 /j, OU cefpodoxime 200 mg x2/j, OU cefotiam 200 mg x2/j

Si CI aux β Lactamines:

  • Enfant: azithromycine 20mg/kg/j, OU clarithromycine 7.5 mg/kg x 2/j, OU josamycine 25mg/kg x2/j,
  • Adulte: azithromycine 500 mg/j, OU clarithromycine 250 mg x 2/j, OU claritromycine LP 500 mg, OU josamycine 1 g x 2/j

Durée

  • 5 jours, sauf cefpodoxime 4 jours et azithromycine 3 jour
